We believe that user-centered design is essential for furniture. The goal of this project is to create a furniture system that will make your maker experience better.

Keeping your maker space organise can be challenging, with PrintStation your space can be tidy and sleek. 

 

Safe Resin Printing Environment

Environments can be fluctuated, there’s dust, kids and cats in the room. Hence, having a 3D printer in a room without an enclosure is not ideal. PrintStation Enclosure creates the controlled safe 3D printing environment to protect yourself and your love ones.

 

Airtight cycling

Our filtering system is enclosed in an airtight enclosure and cycling using a laboratory turbine. This helps to prevent harmful VOCs from escaping into your environment. The VOCs is continuously removed during the air cycling via the advance filter prevent VOCs from escaping and gives you a clean and healthy environment.

 

 

The filter using in PrintStation is prefect for 3D printing it catch ultrafine particles and VOCs. It can removes Odor, VOC, HCHO and 99.97% of PM particles down to 0.09 microns in size. The filter can use up 3 months/ 600 hours print time and is only cost 9.8USD each . Effortless Filter Installation

To replace a filter, simply remove the old filter and insert the new one. That's it! No tools or complicated instructions required. 

 

Testing with Air Quality Monitoring

Siemens is a leading manufacturer of air quality monitors, The unit is capable of detecting a variety of pollutants, including Pm2.5, Pm10, Co2, TVOC, HCHO, temperature and humidity.

We testing the  PrintStation Mk2's using this system as result shows our filtering system is reduce the VOCs and HCHO effectively. 

 

 

Easy Access

This unique flip-up design make it really effortless to open and close the enclosure, and the flip-up design means that you don't have to remove the entire enclosure to access the printer.

 

Temperature Control

In general, the recommended resin temperature is around 25–⁠35°C. If your room temperature gets below 20°C, you may start noticing issues with your 3D prints.

The PrintStation enclosures had build-in temperature controller, It can maintains the temperature in the enclosures between your room temperature and up to 40 °C.

Our enclosures are designed to fit most of resin printers that are produced by the most common brands. This makes our enclosures a great option for those who want a versatile and convenient way to store their 3D printers.

Sleek Design

PrintStation storage is a Future Mech-inspired style design that keeps your 3D printing materials and tools organised and within easy reach. The see-through polycarbonate panels give the PrintStation a sleek, futuristic look.

 

Tool Storage Drawer

The PrintStation Mk2 comes with a partition drawer which helps you to keep your tools organised and accessible. 

 

Slide Out Shelf 

With the pull out shelf  now you can place your wash and cure station into the PrintStation storage, is easy to access and super compact for space saving . Or you can use it for your material supply the slide out shelf allow you to easy access the material at the back .

 Shelf Layer 

The removable Shelf layer is a great way to increase the capacity of the PrintStation storage and make sure that all of your material and supplies are stored in one place..

 

Add-on Workstation

To improve the workflow you can add a work-surface along to your PrintStation, the counter top provide you a surface area for collecting your prints and manage the resin during the process.  The workstation is modular design it can install to either the left or right of the PrintStation storage unit.

 

SLACK Wall

Adding a SLACK wall to your Workstation it organising your Worktools and small part.

 

Cable Management 

The PrintStation Enclosure and PrintStation Storage both comes with an integrated cable management  that helps you keep your cables tidy, organised and accessible. 

 

Durable Material 

PrintStation Storage is made with 0.8mm sheet steel panels. These panels are E1 powder coated to prevent scratches and rust. Is also UV resistant to prevent colour fading. This helps to keep the storage looking new for longer. The storage is made with long-lasting hardware. This includes heavy-duty hinges and rails. The hardware is also corrosion-resistant to help keep the storage looking new for longer.

The PrintStation storage and its Add-on was designed with the same . We wanted to create a set-up that is professional, space-saving, compact and looked great for your maker spaces.

PrintStation mk2 will be start shipping out in November,2023. It will ship to our distributor warehouse in Wisconsin, USA (it will takes about 60days). And we will manage the US and Canada shipping and after-sales service there.

For Asia and Europe, products will be ship from our factory to our warehouse in Kuwn Tong,Hong Kong for fulfilment in Asia Pacific and Europe.( Takes about 40-80 days depends on the country you living)
